Quantryx Technologies is an independent data engineering consultancy. We design, build and modernise the cloud data platforms that businesses run their decisions on.
We are deliberately small and deliberately senior. That is a constraint on how much work we take at once, and it is the reason clients get the people who scoped the project rather than whoever was free that month.
We work remotely and we work internationally — in your cloud account, in your repositories, in whatever time zone you keep.

Data governance and privacy controls, information asset registers, lineage and audit response. Middle-office reporting and control workflows. Open Banking API integration. Regulated environments where the answer to "where did this number come from?" has to be provable, not plausible.

Point-of-sale and e-commerce ingestion at billions of rows, real-time streaming from till to warehouse, and product and price history at terabyte scale. Event-driven pipelines that hold up through peak trading rather than only in the quiet weeks.

End-to-end platform migration to the cloud, with orchestration, transformation and infrastructure rebuilt in code. Deployment consistency across workflows, and governance and lineage practices established alongside the build rather than retrofitted afterwards.
Supply chain and manufacturing
Demand analysis, sales forecasting and vendor performance reporting built on ERP extracts at millions of rows. MRP input automation. The unglamorous end of the discipline, where the win is measured in weeks of manual work removed rather than in terabytes.

Everything in code
If it is not in Git it does not exist. Infrastructure, transformations, tests and documentation all live in your repositories.
No lock-in
We build in your cloud account with mainstream open tooling. If you want to take it in-house tomorrow, you can.
Cost as a design constraint
Architecture decisions are made against your bill. A design that is elegant and unaffordable is not a design.
Plain language
Non-technical stakeholders get explanations without jargon, and honest estimates including the uncomfortable ones.
