Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first. Case studies describe past work under specific conditions; they are not a promise of comparable results in different circumstances. Durations and engagement shapes are typical ranges, not commitments.
Any consulting engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or always available. We may change the content, the services described, or these terms at any time without notice.

The engagements described in our case studies are presented without client names, under the confidentiality obligations owed to the organisations concerned. We will not disclose those names on request, and we will extend the same discretion to you.
